Healthy Eating and Sample Menu

We encourage meal times to be happy and social occasions for both children and ourselves and therefore will ensure that positive interactions are shared and enjoyed at these times. Good communication will be maintained with parents to make certain dietary needs and allergies are kept up to date. Our intention is to raise awareness of nutrition with children to help them develop positive attitudes to diet and health. Good health in the early years helps to safeguard them and their well-being throughout life. We also feel it is important that children acquire healthy habits when they first learn about food and activity to embrace it and carry it with them through their most important years.
